At Swanndri, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and swing tags remain attached to the garments.

Label and Post

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
